Castle Hills Medical Group is a Family Medicine practice affiliated with Carrollton Regional Medical Center.
We provide exemplary medical care for the Carrollton community and surrounding areas. Through extensive education, research, and years of experience our doctors provide medical diagnoses and solutions for patients of all ages.

FERNANDO DAVALOS, JR., M.D.
Fernando Davalos Jr., M.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician based in the city of Carrollton, TX. He provides bilingual medical care in English and Spanish.
He undertook his undergraduate years at the University of Texas at Austin, his medical schooling at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and the New York College of Medicine in Valhalla.
He completed his residency with a focus on Family Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
Dr. Davalos has been awarded the “D Best” Doctors award by D Magazine for eight consecutive years.
He continues to serve as a presenter for the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine on the topic of clinical models and cultural competence.
HONG-AN NGUYEN, M.D.
Born in Vietnam Dr. Nguyen has been calling Dallas Home for the past 18 years. She provides bilingual medical care in English and Vietnamese.
Dr. Nguyen graduated Summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University with undergraduate degrees in Math, Biology and Chemistry. She completed her medical training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Methodist Charlton Medical Center where she also served as Chief Resident.
She is a part of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Vietnamese Health Professionals Association of North Texas.
Dr. Nguyen’s professional interests include preventive medicine and women’s health as well as the treatment of chronic disease, diabetes, and weight management.
